Terms of Service

You need an account to use Speilo, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

One account is for one detailing business. This version has no team or shared access.

Speilo is free to use right now. There is nothing to buy inside the app, and you will not be charged for this version.

Paid plans are planned. If that changes, you will be told in the app before anything is chargeable, and no existing feature you rely on will start asking for money without notice.

Whatever happens with pricing, your work stays yours and readable. We will never delete what you have entered or hold it back to make you pay.

Everything you put into Speilo — clients, jobs, prices, photos — is yours. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to provide the app to you.

You are responsible for having the right to store your clients’ details, and for handling their information properly.

Do not use Speilo to break the law, to store someone else’s data without the right to, or to send unwanted messages. Do not try to break into other accounts or interfere with the service.

We aim to keep Speilo working, but it is provided as is. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never lose data, so keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.

You can stop using Speilo and delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

These terms may change as the app grows. Material changes will be flagged in the app, and the date at the top will be updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
