Privacy Policy

Your account details: the email address or phone number you sign in with, or the identifier Apple or Google gives us when you use those buttons. If you sign in with Apple and choose to share your name, we keep it so we can fill it in for you.

Your business details: business name, your name, and your phone number. These appear on the invoices you send.

Your work: clients, vehicles, jobs, prices, addresses, notes, and the before and after photos you take.

Speilo holds names, phone numbers, vehicle details, addresses and notes about the people you detail for. You entered that information and it stays yours — we do not contact your clients, market to them, or use their details for anything other than showing them back to you.

Because it is their information, keeping it accurate and deleting it when asked is your responsibility. Anything you delete in the app is deleted from our database.

If you set up a booking page, anyone with the link can see your business name and your prices, and can send you a request. A request contains the name, phone number, vehicle, preferred day and any photos the customer chose to send.

Photos sent through a booking request are stored so you can see the vehicle before you quote. Requests are visible only to you.

Before and after photos are uploaded to private storage and are readable only by your account. They are never public and are not used to train anything.

Deleting a job deletes its photos with it.

Only you. Every table enforces row-level security, so a signed-in account can read and write only its own rows. There is no shared or team access in this version.

Your data is stored with Supabase, which hosts the database and file storage on our behalf.

If you sign in by phone, your number is passed to an SMS provider so they can deliver the code. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a token confirming who you are — we never see your password for those accounts.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising. Speilo contains no advertising SDKs.

Speilo never sends messages to your clients on your behalf. The rebook feature opens your own Messages app with the text prefilled, and nothing is sent until you press send.

If we ever add product analytics, this policy will be updated before that ships.

You can delete your account from Settings. That removes your profile, clients, vehicles, jobs and photos from our database. It cannot be undone.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app.
